1. Returns
1.1 Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale).
1.3 Return Process

ii) We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
iii) Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
1.4 Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- Items that do not meet the return criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Once your order has been delivered to our warehouse and the return has been approved, we will be processing the refund to the original payment method.
2.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are Credited to the original payment source/bank account through which the payment was made within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
2.3 Deductions
- Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
3.2 Exchange Process
- Follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
4.1 Reporting Issues – If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item.
4.2 Resolution Options
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs) for defective or incorrect items.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
